A Wonderful Stay Close to Everything
clean room provided amenities convenient location
My single room was very clean and provided space for my suitcases. I found the provided amenities sufficient and helpful . The hotel's location near the train station made traveling to other areas simple. I greatly enjoyed the direct train service to the airport as well.
The breakfast area felt a bit crowded, and I sometimes had difficulty finding a place to sit. This made the mornings slightly less relaxing.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station with direct rail services to both airports. Nearby I found many traditional restaurants and several convenience stores, perfect for grabbing a quick snack. This area offers easy access to many attractions.

A COMFORTABLE stay in a SUPERB location!
nearby station polite staff decent breakfast
I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the train station , as it made getting around very easy. The staff were helpful and polite , ALWAYS ready to assist with directions. Included breakfast offered a decent selection , so I started my days well.
The room size IS a bit small, but this is common in accommodations.

The staff were always ready to help and provided quick responses to questions. Check-in and check-out processes were quick and efficient . The staff demonstrated good english knowledge.

Breakfast included a variety of dishes, and they varied EACH day. The salad always tasted fresh , so my mornings were good. Several restaurants and a 7-eleven are nearby.

The hotel is NEAR Kuramae station on the Asakusa Line. This provided easy access to both Narita and Haneda airports without transfers. Sumida River promenade is also a short walk away.

Excellent Stay in a Convenient Location!
convenient location automated check-in fresh towels
The location was convenient, just a short walk from Kuramae Station! I found it easy to explore different parts of the city. The automated check-in and check-out process made everything smooth. the staff was always ready to help. I also really appreciated the fresh towels delivered daily!
I stayed on a smoking floor and the smell of stale smoke was overwhelming! It really detracted from my experience, despite using air freshener.

The room included a TV, a fridge, and a safe, I was pleased to find. The bed was firm and large! The bathroom had a multifunctional toilet, that was pretty cool.

The hotel is near Kuramae Station, very handy for moving around town! I loved that I could walk to Asakusa, Ueno, Akihabara, Skytree, and Sumida River. Several combinis are just a short walk away for late-night snacks, so useful!

Solid Stay Near the Subway
convenient location kind staff complimentary amenities comfortable bed
the location was very convenient. I found myself right next to a train station, offering easy access to narita airport. the staff was also very sweet and kind. the complimentary amenities, including a fridge, were a plus, and the bed proved comfortable.
i noticed that the equipment in the room seemed basic. the bedding was not particularly high-end. the soundproofing was subpar.

the hotel features vending machines in the lobby with some alcoholic options, i noticed. there are also laundry and drying machines available for guest use, providing added convenience. a breakfast service is included, filling and with typical japanese options.

the hotel provides great location! you can reach Sumida river, several convenience stores, and the Kuramae subway station within a couple minutes on foot. local stations have lifts and elevators, i was happy about it. even in a 15 minute walk, Asakusa is accessible.

my room included a humidifier, which i thought was very useful. the room also offered a fridge and a perfect view. the bed was pretty large and the room provided sufficient space. access to each floor is restricted through elevator card access.

Acceptable Hotel STAY.
convenient location controllable air conditioning included breakfast small room missing pillow annoying check-in
The location was quite CONVENIENT near the train station. The room had air conditioning that I could control, this was great. Breakfast was included with my stay, it offered different options each morning.
The room was really small. It was hard to open my suitcase. There were no extra pillows in the room. That was an issue. The check-in process was annoying. I had TO wait.
